目的 分析品管圈护理模式对神经外科护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法 选取时间段为2019.7月~2020.7月期间，于我院神经外科住院接受治疗的患者共计86例，将其作为本次实验的研究对象，并在入组后采用随机数表法分为两组，一组为实施常规护理模式的对照组，一组为实施品管圈护理模式的观察组，每组患者均为43例，对比两组在不同护理模式下的临床护理质量和患者满意度。结果 对比两组患者的护理质量评分，观察组在医护责任感、操作技能、服务态度、安全管理水平方面的评分均明显优于对照组，（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。此外，对比两组患者的满意度，观察组为97.67%，对照组为83.33%，观察组明显更佳，（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 通过在神经外科临床护理工作中实施品管圈护理模式，有助于护理质量的不断完善，对提高患者的满意度也有明显作用，具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the influence of quality control circle nursing model on neurosurgery nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Method: The selected time period is from July 2019 to July 2020. A total of 86 patients were hospitalized in our hospital for neurosurgery treatment. They were selected as the research object of this experiment, and they were divided into two groups by random number table after enrollment. Group, one group is the control group implementing the conventional care model, and the other is the observation group implementing the quality control circle care model. Each group has 43 patients. Compare the clinical care quality and patient satisfaction of the two groups under different care models. Results: Comparing the nursing quality scores of the two groups of patients, the observation group's scores in terms of medical responsibility, operating skills, service attitude, and safety management level were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. In addition, comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of patients, the observation group was 97.67%, the control group was 83.33%, and the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion : The implementation of the quality control circle nursing model in neurosurgery clinical nursing work is helpful to the continuous improvement of nursing quality, and it also has a significant effect on improving the satisfaction of patients, which has high application value.
