Effect of detail nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patientsundergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy
细节护理对内镜下结直肠息肉切除患者术后康复的影响分析

摘要

目的 对内镜下结直肠息肉切除患者提供细节护理干预的效果进行观察。方法 此次研究对本科室2020.12-2021.12接收的60例结直肠息肉切除患者展开临床分析。经到院顺序进行分组，30例接受常规护理的患者选为常规组，30例接受细节护理的患者选为研究组。对上述患者FMA评分、ADL评分指标实施分析对比。结果 经护理，研究组FMA评分、ADL评分显著强于常规组，P<0.05。结论 向结直肠息肉切除患者提供细节护理干预，不仅可使患者的不良心态得到改善，使其情绪稳定，有助于加速其康复进程，而且可以使患者疼痛感减轻，提升其日常生活能力，维持生活质量，获得更多患者的满意，值得临床实践中积极应用。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of detailed nursing intervention on patients undergoing endoscopic colorectal polypectomy.
Methods This study carried out clinical analysis on 60 patients with colorectal polypectomy received by the undergraduate department from December 2020 to December 2021. The patients were divided into groups in the order of arrival. 30 patients receiving routine nursing were selected as the routine group and 30 patients receiving detailed nursing were selected as the study group. FMA score, ADL score and other relevant indexes of the above patients were analyzed and compared.
Results After nursing, the scores of FMA and ADL in the study group were significantly stronger than those in the routine group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   providing detailed nursing intervention to patients with colorectal polypectomy can not only improve the patients' bad mentality, stabilize their mood, help to accelerate their rehabilitation process, but also reduce the patients' pain, improve their ability of daily living, maintain the quality of life, and obtain the satisfaction of more patients. It is worthy of active application in clinical practice.
