Effect of quality nursing on psychological state of patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer
优质护理对胃癌根治术后患者心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 观察在对胃癌根治术患者进行术后护理的过程中将优质护理干预进行运用对于改善患者心理状态的作用。方法 研究所选择患者为80例，属于本院在2020年1月至12月所接诊病例，通过组内随机性抽选的方式，选取40例，在术期护理过程中展开常规护理，即对照组，剩下40例在术期则给与优质护理干预，即观察组。对两组患者的恢复情况展开分析。结果 护理前2组患者心理状态、生活质量评分比较P>0.05；而护理后，对两组患者心理状态以及生活质量对比可知，观察组均存在有明显优势，P<0.05；同时并发症情况和满意度方面对比可知，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对胃癌根治术患者进行护理的过程中将优质护理干预展开运用，可以对患者在恢复期间的心理状态进行有效改善，并提升患者的生活质量，帮助患者恢复。

Abstract

Objective to observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention in the process of postoperative nursing for patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation.
Methods a total of 80 patients from January to December in 2020 were selected randomly and 40 patients were given routine nursing care during the operation, that is, the control group, the remaining 40 cases were given high quality nursing intervention during the operation period, I. E. Observation Group. The recovery of the two groups of patients was analyzed.
Results Before nursing, the comparison of psychological state and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients was P>0.05; after nursing, the comparison of psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients showed that the observation group had obvious advantages, P<0.05; at the same time, complications and satisfaction In terms of degree of comparison, it can be seen that the observation group has advantages, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the process of radical gastrectomy can effectively improve the mental state of patients during the period of recovery, improve the quality of life of patients, and help patients recover.
