Abstract

With the improvement of medical level and the development of medical service quality, adopting high-quality nursing management has positive effect on improving medical quality. In recent years, with the increasing demand of clinical medicine, dental experts have strengthened the management of outpatient nursing and implemented the idea of high-quality nursing service. Humanized and comfortable nursing can strengthen risk management and reduce the incidence of outpatient risk, it can improve the quality of comprehensive outpatient service, improve patients' treat- ment compliance, and promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship, gain the recognition and trust of patients, and establish a good reputation and image. This article mainly discusses the importance of risk management in stomatology clinics, which can reduce the incidence of risk events and the risk of cross-infection.
