综合康复护理在大面积烧伤患者护理中的运用研究

摘要

目的 研究大面积烧伤患者实施综合康复护理的运用效果。方法 选取2020.5月-2021.6月我院诊治的84例大面积烧伤患者，按计算机随机抽签法分为干预组（42例）和常态组（42例）。常态组患者实施传统护理方法，干预组患者在常态组的基础上采用综合康复护理，对比组间护理效果、心理情绪状态及生活质量。结果 干预组护理总有效率较常态组明显更高（P＜0.05）；干预组护理后的抑郁评分结果和焦虑评分结果均较常态组更低（P＜0.05）；干预组护理后生活质量躯体功能、社会功能等各项评分均高于常态组（P＜0.05）。结论 综合康复护理能够有效提升大面积烧伤患者总有效率，提高患者护理后的生活质量水平，使患者保持良好的心态状态，可推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with large area burns.
Methods From May 2020.to June 2021.84 patients with large area burn in our hospital were selected and divided into intervention group (42 cases) and normal group (42 cases) by computer random drawing method. Patients in the normal group were given traditional nursing methods, and patients in the intervention group were given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the normal group. The nursing effect, psychological and emotional state and quality of life between the groups were compared.
Results The total effective rate of nursing in intervention group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P<0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the intervention group were lower than those in the normal group (P<0.05). The scores of physical function and social func- tion of quality of life after nursing in intervention group were higher than those in normal group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients with large area burn, improve the quality of life of patients after nursing, so that patients maintain a good state of mind, which can be popularized.
