个体化认知和行为护理干预对心内科患者服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 探讨个体化认知和行为护理干预对心内科患者服药依从性的影响。方法 将我院2020年1月-2022年1月200例心内科患者,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组实施个体化认知和行为护理干预。比较两组护理前后焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分、服药依从性水平、健康知识掌握度、住院时间。结果 实验组焦虑SAS评分和抑郁SDS评分低于对照组,服药依从性水平高于对照组,健康知识掌握度高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。结论 心内科患者实施个体化认知和行为护理干预效果确切,可提高患者知识掌握度和服药依从性,减轻患者不良情绪,缩短住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of individualized cognitive and behavioral nursing intervention on medication compliance of patients in cardiology department.
Methods 200 patients in cardiology department in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind random method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given individualized cognitive and behavioral nursing intervention. The SAS scores of anxiety and SDS scores of depression, the level of medication compliance, the mastery of health knowledge and the length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results the SAS scores of anxiety and SDS scores of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the level of medication compliance was higher than that in the control group, the mastery of health knowledge was higher than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the effect of individualized cognitive and behavioral nursing intervention for patients in cardiology department is accurate, which can improve patients' knowledge mastery and drug compliance, reduce patients' bad mood and shorten the length of hospital stay.
