Effect of nursing intervention on reducing ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU patients
护理干预减少ICU重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的效果分析

摘要

目的 探究对ICU重症病人应用护理干预后减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法 将根据抽签方式选取于2020年3月-2021年3月在我院ICU接受治疗的104例病人平均分为实验组与对照组各52例，实验组病人实施护理干预，对照组则使用常规护理干预，比较实验组以及对照组病人的血气指标、肺功能及呼吸机相关性肺炎率发生情况。结果 两组病人护理前的血气指标、肺功能指标结果对比不存在临床比较价值（P＞0.05），实验组病人护理后的血气指标、肺功能指标均优于对照组，组间差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组病人护理后的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组，差异较大，统计学意义一存在（P<0.05）。结论 护理干预可以大大减少ICU重症病人的呼吸机相关性肺炎发生情况，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on ICU patients with ventilator- associated pneumonia.
Methods Will decide according to the lottery, in March 2020-March 2021 in our hospital ICU treatment of 104 patients divided into experimental group and the control group (n=52), the implementation of nursing intervention, patients in the control group using conventional nursing intervention, compare the experimental group and control group in the patient's blood gas index, pulmonary function and the occurrence rate of ventilator associated pneumonia.
Results There was no clinical value in the comparison of blood gas indexes and lung function indexes between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The blood gas indexes and lung function indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after nursing, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention can greatly reduce the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU patients, which is worth popularizing.
