Effects of structured nursing on emotional management, sleep and quality of life in ICU patients

摘要
目的 对结构化护理实施后，ICU患者的护理效果进行分析。方法 60例ICU患者进行分组（按照随机分组，两组），组别设置（每组30例）：研究组（结构化护理）、对照组（常规护理），患者入选时间均为2020年01月-2022年01月。结果 生活质量对比显示，研究组高于对照组，分析有意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良情绪评分低于对照组，P<0.05，统计学有意义；研究组睡眠指标优于对照组，统计学有意义（P<0.05）。结论 结构化护理可行性较高，可以帮助患者提升生活质量，推广价值较高。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of ICU patients after the implementation of structured nursing. Methods 60 ICU patients were divided into two groups (randomly divided into two groups), and group Settings (30 cases in each group) were as follows: study group (structured nursing) and control group (routine nursing). The patients were enrolled from January 2020 to January 2022. Results The quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The score of bad mood in the study group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05, which was statistically significant. The sleep index of the study group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Structured nursing has high feasibility, can help patients improve the quality of life, high promotion value.
