Effect of systematic nursing on prevention of pressure ulcers in patients with prone ventilation in ICU
系统护理在ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮预防中的效果分析

摘要

目的 对系统护理的应用情况进行分析，研究其在ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮预防中的应用价值，旨在为后续护理提供科学指导。方法 按照住院号实施奇偶分组，将我院接收的64例ICU俯卧位通气患者分为两组，组别设置：研究组、对照组，上述组别均为32例，分别对患者实施系统护理、常规护理措施，分析两组各指标变化情况。入选开始时间为2020年01月01日，结束时间为2021年12月01日。结果 压疮发生情况对比后，研究组低于对照组，统计学有意义（P<0.05）；研究组机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于对照组，研究结果存在对比意义（P<0.05）。结论 系统护理效果显著，对ICU俯卧位通气压疮预防具有积极意义，可以缩短疾病恢复进程，实现最佳预后。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application of systematic nursing and study its application value in the prevention of pressure ulcers in patients with prone ventilation in ICU, in order to provide scientific guidance for follow-up nursing.
Methods 64 ICU prone ventilation patients received by our hospital were divided into two groups according to the number of hospitalization, group: study group, control group, the above groups were 32 cases, respectively, patients with systematic nursing, routine nursing measures, analysis of the changes in each indicator of the two groups. The selection will start on January 1, 2020 and end on December 1, 2021.
Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the results were of comparative significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Systematic nursing has a significant effect on the prevention of pressure ulcer in prone position in ICU, which can shorten the recovery process of the disease and achieve the best prognosis.
