Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis
早期康复护理干预对于急性脑血栓患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复护理干预对于急性脑血栓患者的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月于本院收治的46例急性脑血栓患者，按照护理干预方式的不同分为两组，对照组采用常规护理干预（23例），观察组采用早期康复护理干预（23例），对比两组护理干预情况。结果 观察组致残率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组干预后焦虑评分观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总体满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过采用早期康复护理干预，能显著降低急性脑血栓患者的致残率，有效缓解焦虑心理，改善神经功能损伤，提高满意度，具有较高的临床应用意义，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.
Methods 46 cases of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods. The control group was given routine nursing intervention (23 cases), and the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention (23 cases).
Results the disability rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); After intervention, the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   early rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly reduce the disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis, effectively relieve anxiety, improve neurological function damage and improve satisfaction, which has high clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
