Analysis of the application effect of evidence-based fall prevention nursing modelin elderly inpatients with colorectal cancer
防跌倒循证护理模式在老年结直肠癌住院患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 就防跌倒循证护理模式在老年结直肠癌住院患者中的应用效果予以分析。方法 确定2019年3月至2020年12月于我院治疗的62例老年结直肠癌住院患者为观察对象展开对比研究，以入院时间差异分为对照组31例、干预组31例，并于各组患者住院期间分别辅以常规护理、防跌倒循证护理，对比不同护理模式的应用效果。结果 比较跌倒发生率，对照组为29.03%，干预组为6.45%，指标对比差异显示出统计学价值（P<0.05）；比较住院时间，对照组为（21.69±6.11）d，干预组为（16.25±5.24）d，指标对比差异显示出统计学价值（P<0.05）。结论 在老年结直肠癌患者住院过程中积极采取防跌倒循证护理干预十分必要，有助于提升患者自我保护意识，进一步减少其跌倒发生风险，在老年住院患者防跌倒管理工作中有进一步指导意义。

Abstract

Objective to analyze the application effect of evidence-based fall prevention nursing model in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.
Methods 62 elderly patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects to carry out a comparative study. They were divided into the control group (31 cases) and the intervention group (31 cases) according to the difference of admission time, and were supplemented with routine nursing and evidence-based nursing during hospitalization in each group, and the application effects of different nursing modes were compared.
Results the incidence of falls was 29.03% in the control group and 6.45% in the intervention group, showing statistical value (P<0.05); Compared with the length of hospital stay, the control group was (21.691±11)d and (16.256±24)d, the difference of indicators showed statistical value (P<0.05).
Conclusion   it is necessary to actively take evidence-based nursing intervention to prevent falls in elderly patients with colorectal cancer during hospitalization, which is helpful to improve patients' self-protection awareness, further reduce the risk of falls, and has further guiding significance in elderly inpatients' fall prevention management.
