Application of multidisciplinary model continuation nursing plan in patients with gastric cancer after operation
多学科模式延续护理计划在胃癌患者术后的应用

摘要

目的 针对胃癌患者通过采用多学科模式延续护理计划效果进行分析。方法 在本院2020年1月到2021年1月期间，随机分析110例患有胃癌患者，通过对比分析方式采用不同护理方式将其分为对比组和观察组（n=55），观察组采用多学科模式延续护理计划，对比组采用普通型护理机制，对比两组患者心理情绪改善情况和并发症发病率。结果 观察组患者心理情绪改善情况明显高于对比组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发病率低于对比组（P<0.05）；观察组护患关系明显好于对比组（P<0.05）。结论 针对胃癌患者通过采用多学科模式延续护理计划能够有效改善患者心理情绪，降低并发症发病率。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of continuing nursing plan by adopting a multidisciplinary model for gastric cancer patients.
Methods: During the period from January 2020 to January 2021 in our hospital, 110 patients with gastric cancer were randomly analyzed, and they were divided into a comparison group and an observation group (n=55) by means of comparative analysis and different nursing methods. The multidisciplinary model was adopted to continue the nursing plan, and the control group adopted the general nursing mechanism to compare the psychological and emotional improvement and the incidence of complications in the two groups.
Results: The psychological and emotional improvement of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the nurse-patient relationship in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : For patients with gastric cancer, adopting a multidisciplinary model to continue the nursing plan can effectively improve the patient's psychological mood and reduce the incidence of complications.
