The value of early rehabilitation nursing based on eCASH concept in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU
基于eCASH理念的早期康复护理在ICU机械通气患者中的价值

摘要

目的 浅析ICU机械通气患者基于eCASH理念的早期康复护理的应用效果。方法 抽选58例ICU患者为对象展开研究，于2022年1月-4月入住ICU行机械通气治疗，数字标注法分组实施不同的护理策略，实验组（29例）运用基于eCASH理念的早期康复护理，常规组（29例）实施常规护理措施，比较康复效果。结果 实验组有3.45%谵妄发生率、6.90%ICU-AW发生率，分别低于常规组的20.69%和44.83%，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组MRC肌力评分高于常规组，机械通气时间、ICU住院时间短于常规组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU机械通气患者在早期康复护理过程中渗透eCASH理念，有助于减少ICU并发症，缩短康复时间，有普及应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing based on THE concept of eCASH in ICU mechanical ventilation patients.
Methods: a total of 58 ICU patients were selected as subjects for the study. They were admitted to ICU for mechanical ventilation treatment from January to April in 2022. Different nursing strategies were implemented in groups by digital labeling method.
Results: There were 3.45% incidence of delirium and 6.90% incidence of ICU-AW in the experimental group, which were lower than 20.69% and 44.83% in the conventional group, respectively (P < 0.05). The MRC muscle strength score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the mechanical ventilation time and ICU stay time were shorter than that of the conventional group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of eCASH in the early rehabilitation nursing of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU can help to reduce the complications of ICU and shorten the recovery time.
