摘要
在早产儿出生率逐年上升的今天，对早产儿父母及医院护理工作都带来一定挑战。传统的早产儿临床护理模式主要以医院封闭式无陪护护理为主导，此模式可为早产儿提供良好治疗效果，但弊端也时有体现。为增强早产儿治疗效果，提高早产儿病房护士的专业护理技能和沟通能力，“婴儿-家庭”护理模式已逐渐为临床治疗护理关注应用，故本文对家庭参与式护理模式的国内外现状、实施及效果等相关研究进行综述，为家庭参与式护理模式在我国早产儿病房普遍推广提供参考。

Abstract
The birth rate of premature infants is increasing year by year, which brings certain challenges to the parents of premature infants and the nursing work in hospitals. The traditional clinical nursing mode of premature infants is mainly dominated by closed unaccompanied nursing in hospitals. This mode can provide good therapeutic effects for premature infants, but there are also some disadvantages. In order to enhance the treatment effect of premature infants and improve the professional nursing skills and communication skills of nurses in the ward of premature infants, the "infant-family" nursing model has gradually been applied in clinical treatment and nursing. A review of related researches on family participatory care model and its effect was conducted to provide a reference for the popularization of the family participatory nursing model in the wards of premature infants in my country.
