Influence of cognitive behavioral nursing on postoperative self-care ability of glaucoma patients
认知行为护理对青光眼患者术后自护能力的影响

摘要

目的 探讨认知行为护理对青光眼患者术后自护能力的影响。方法 本次研究的126例患者，均为2020年5月至2021年12月期间，在本院接受青光眼手术治疗的患者，采用数字分组法，平均分成相同人数的两组，对照组、观察组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施针对性、精细化的认知行为护理干预，对比两组患者的护理前后的自我保护能力评分及SAS、SDS评分，以及术后恢复情况。结果 护理前，两组患者的保护能力评分及SAS、SDS评分相似，组间数据统计，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。护理后，观察组患者保护能力评分及SAS、SDS评分以及术后恢复情况高于对照组，组间数据统计，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 对行青光眼手术的患者，实施针对性、精细化的认知行为护理，可有效提高患者术后恢复情况，同时提高自我保护能力，可一定程度减轻患者病痛，提高其生活质量，值得推广、建议提倡。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral nursing on postoperative self-care ability of glaucoma patients.
Methods: The 126 patients in this study, all patients who received glaucoma surgery in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2021, were divided into two groups with the same number of groups by numerical grouping method, control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given targeted and refined cognitive behavioral nursing intervention. The scores of self-protection ability, SAS and SDS scores, and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups of patients before and after nursing.
Results: Before nursing, the protective ability scores, SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were similar, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups, P<0.05. After nursing, the protection ability score, SAS, SDS score and postoperative recovery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : For patients undergoing glaucoma surgery, targeted and refined cognitive-behavioral nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of patients, and at the same time improve self-protection ability, can relieve patients' pain to a certain extent, and improve their quality of life.
