Influence of orthopaedic perioperative nursing intervention on pain score and nausea and vomiting based on the concept of fast recovery surgery
基于快速康复外科理念的骨科围术期护理干预对疼痛评分及恶心呕吐的影响

摘要

目的 分析基于快速康复外科理念的骨科围术期护理干预对疼痛评分及恶心呕吐的影响。方法 此次实验对象为骨科手术患者，入院时间均在2020.04月至2022.04月，入选患者共86例，利用电脑盲选法进行分组，分为对照组（常规护理，n=43）与研究组（基于快速康复外科理念护理，n=43）。对比分析两组的康复情况、不良反应及生活质量评分。结果 在术后VAS评分、下床活动时间及引流管拔除时间上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在不良反应总发生率上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在生理职能、情感职能、社会功能以及精神健康评分上，研究组均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨科手术患者实施基于快速康复外科理念护理干预后，对于改善疼痛症状具有促进作用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effects of perioperative orthopaedic nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on pain score and nausea and vomiting.
Methods: The subjects of this experiment were orthopedic surgery patients who were admitted to hospital from April 2020.04 to April 2022.04. A total of 86 patients were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group (conventional nursing, n=43) and study group (nursing based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, n=43) by computer blind selection method. The recovery, adverse reactions and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results: The VAS score, the time of getting out of bed and the time of drainage tube removal in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of physiological function, emotional function, social function and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : Nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for orthopedic surgery patients has a promoting effect on improving pain symptoms.
