糖尿病性视网膜病变的眼科护理干预

摘要

目的 本文宗旨在研究糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的相关护理措施，并探讨对此类患者实施眼科护理干预的临床效果价值体现。方法 本次研究的158例患者，均为2020年8月至2021年5月期间，在本院治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者，采用数字分组法，平均分成相同人数的两组，对照组与观察组。对照组患者实施常规护理干预，观察组患者实施针对性、精细化的眼科护理干预，对比两组患者护理前后血糖值、视力变化及护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者的血糖值相似，组间数据统计，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。护理后，观察组患者血糖值低于对照组，且视力水平及护理满意度均优于对照组，组间数据统计，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 对于糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者，实施针对性、精细化的眼科护理干预，临床有效率显优，使患者血糖值达到平稳状态，且提高患者的视力，极大程度减轻患者痛苦，提高其生活质量，值得推广、建议提倡。

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to study the related nursing measures of patients with diabetic retinopathy, and to explore the clinical effect value of ophthalmic nursing intervention for such patients.
Methods: The 158 patients in this study, all of whom were treated with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from August 2020 to May 2021, were divided into two groups with the same number of groups by numerical grouping method. Group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while the patients in the observation group were given targeted and refined ophthalmic nursing intervention.
Results: Before nursing, the blood glucose levels of the two groups were similar, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups, P>0.05. After nursing, the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the visual acuity and nursing satisfaction were better than those of the control group.
Conclusion  s: For patients with diabetic retinopathy, targeted and refined ophthalmic nursing intervention can achieve excellent clinical efficacy, make the blood sugar level of the patient reach a stable state, improve the patient's vision, greatly reduce the patient's pain, and improve their life. The quality is worth promoting and recommending.
