摘要
目的 分析探讨虎符铜砭刮痧在小儿发热中的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2020年-2021年门诊收治发热患儿40例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患儿采用常规退热降温治疗，观察组患儿在常规治疗基础上再实行虎符铜砭刮痧治疗，将两组患儿治疗后的体温恢复情况、治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组患儿在治疗后的2h、3h、24h与48h的体温下降情况均优于对照组，两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，两组数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 虎符铜砭刮痧在小儿发热中的临床疗效显著，该方法操作简单，安全性较高，退热效果良好，值得推广与应用于临床治疗中。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze and explore the clinical effect of scraping in children. Method: select our hospital in 2020-2021 outpatient admitted 40 children with fever for the observation object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group children with conventional antipyretic cooling treatment, observation group children on the basis of conventional treatment to tiger fu copper needle scraping treatment, the two groups of temperature recovery after treatment, treatment effect. Results: The temperature drop of the observed group at 2h, 3h, 24h and 48h was better than the control group (P <0.05); the clinical efficiency was higher than the control groups (P <0.05). Conclusion : The clinical effect of Tiger Fu copper Bian scraping in children with fever is remarkable. This method has simple operation, high safety and good antipyretic effect, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment.
