Analysis and preventive measures of nursing hidden dangers in cardiothoracic surgery
心胸外科护理隐患分析及预防对策

摘要

目的 探析心胸外科护理隐患，并针对具体护理隐患制定预防对策。方法 于心胸外科中随机选取366例患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结可能引起护理不良事件的护理隐患，并以此为依据制定预防对策。结果 366例患者中出现13例不良事件，经实际分析来看，导致不良事件的护理隐患与护理人员因素、患者因素及仪器设备因素有关。结论 心胸外科护理隐患较多，应重视针对性地从护理人员、患者及仪器设备角度制定预防对策。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the hidden dangers of nursing in cardiothoracic surgery, and to formulate preventive countermeasures for specific nursing hidden dangers.
Methods A total of 366 patients were randomly selected in cardiothoracic surgery, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing hidden dangers that may cause adverse nursing events, and to formulate preventive measures based on this.
Results There were 13 adverse events in 366 patients. According to the actual analysis, the nursing hidden dangers leading to adverse events were related to the factors of nursing staff, patients and equipment.
Conclusion   Cardiothoracic surgery has many hidden dangers in nursing care. Attention should be paid to the development of preventive countermeasures from the perspectives of nursing staff, patients and equipment.
