摘要
目的 为输尿管结石围手术期患者进行优质护理的干预措施，探讨对其临床护理效果。方法 对我院在2019年1月-2020年12月间收治的80例接受输尿管结石手术治疗的患者，在其知情的情况下进行研究。将患者按照随机奇偶数分组法分成两个组，每组各40例，常规组为其实施手术室常规护理，实验组进行围手术期的优质护理干预。接受不同护理方式后，对两组患者的并发症情况以及对护理的感受情况进行分析比较，来探讨优质护理理念对输尿管结石患者在围手术期中的临床护理效果。结果 通过不同的护理干预方式，明显发现实验组的输尿管结石患者的并发症发生情况以及对护理感受所统计数据更佳，优于常规组的输尿管结石患者，组间对比存在统计学差异，有意义P〈0.05。结论 对输尿管结石患者围手术期行优质护理干预措施，可以减少患者的并发症发生情况，缓解患者的紧张心理，提高患者满意度，利于医患关系的持续发展，具有临床应用效果，提倡进一步推广应用。

Abstract
Objective: In the perioperative ureteral Calculi patients with high-quality care for patients with intervention measures to study the concept of quality care for patients with ureteral Calculi clinical care. Methods: 80 patients with ureteral Calculi who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were followed up. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of even number and odd number, each group had 40 cases of operation, the routine group carried out the routine nursing in operation room, and the experimental group carried out the high-quality nursing intervention in perioperative period. Through different nursing methods, the complications of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared with the feeling of nursing, to explore the quality of care for ureteral Calculi patients in the perioperative clinical care. Results: through different nursing intervention methods, it was found that the incidence of complications and the statistical data of nursing experience in the experimental group were better than those in the routine group, there was significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05) . Conclusion : High Quality Nursing Intervention for patients with ureteral Calculi during perioperative period can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce patients'stress, improve patients'satisfaction, and benefit the continuous development of doctor-patient relationship, has the clinical application effect, advocates the further promotion use.
