摘要
目的 本文主要针对优质护理服务措施进行研究，并分析讨论将其应用在静脉治疗患者护理中，对临床效果及护理满意度的影响。方法 纳入我院80例静脉治疗患者列入本次研究，同时所有被研究者均选自2019年1月-2020年12月。本次研究主要针对静脉治疗患者展开不同护理措施，优质护理服务（观察组40例）及传统基本护理措施（参照组40例）。同时观察接受不同护理措施干预后两组患者一次性穿刺成功率、不良事件发生情况、护理满意度情况，利用统计学分析后予以对比，同时判定护理作用。结果 观察组一次性穿刺成功率及不良事件发生率、护理满意度均现优势性，对比参照组优势明显，两组组间差异统计学存在意义P＜0.05。结论 通过对静脉治疗患者开展优质护理服务措施，很大程度提升了一次性穿刺成功率，将患者不良事件发生情况控制在最低，促使患者对此项措施的认可，因此建议此方法在临床中推广使用。

Abstract
Objective This paper mainly aimed at the high quality nursing service measures for research, and analysis and discussion of its use in intravenous treatment of patients nursing, on the clinical effect and nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 80 patients with intravenous treatment in our hospital were included in this study, and all the subjects were selected from January 2019 to December 2020. This study mainly carried out different nursing measures for patients with intravenous treatment, including high quality nursing service (observation group, 40 cases) and traditional basic nursing measures (reference group, 40 cases). At the same time, the one-time puncture success rate, the occurrence of adverse events and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups after receiving different nursing interventions were observed. After statistical analysis, the patients were compared and the nursing effect was determined. Results The one-time puncture success rate, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were superior to the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing service for patients with intravenous treatment can greatly improve the success rate of one-time puncture, control the occurrence of adverse events in patients to a minimum, and promote the acceptance of this measure by patients. Therefore, it is recommended to promote the use of this method in clinical practice.
