研究针对性护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究针对性护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年1月至2020年12月我院收治的60例小儿腹泻患者，采用随机分配法将其分成实验组和参照组，两组各30例，参照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上结合针对性护理。观察两组患者的临床症状恢复时间和临床疗效的比较。结果 实验组患者的临床恢复时间明显少于参照组患者，且临床疗效显著优于参照组，结果具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对小儿腹泻患者实施针对护理能够有效减少临床恢复时间，促进患者康复，并且治疗效果明显，值得投入推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the application effect of targeted nursing in children with diarrhea.
Methods: 60 cases of pediatric diarrhea patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group by random distribution method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the reference group were given routine care, while patients in the experimental group were combined with targeted care on the basis of routine care. The recovery time of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.
Results: The clinical recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group, and the clinical efficacy was significantly better than that of the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The targeted nursing for children with diarrhea can effectively reduce the clinical recovery time, promote the recovery of patients, and the treatment effect is obvious, worthy of being put into promotion.
