摘要

目的 此次对中西医结合护理配合玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗 进行详细分析，将其应用于治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性，研究其对患者的治疗疗效。方法 对本院2020年7月-2021年10月眼科收治的138例湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性患者进行研究分析，征求其同意后，把138例患者平均分为两组（甲组为研究组，乙组为参照组）甲组应用中西医结合护理配合玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗进行治疗，乙组应用常规护理和常规治疗，将相关数据列出表格，进行对比并总结。结果 甲组护理和治疗效果尤为突出，得到患者高度肯定，治疗总有效率达97.10%，进而对护理工作的满意度高达100%，且患者的依从性较高，同样可达到100%，其护理后患者心理状态明显缓解，抑郁和焦虑评分有所降低，引用统计学予以计算，较乙组各数据，差异性较大且意义成立P<0.05。结论 将中西医结合护理配合玻璃体腔内注射雷珠单抗应用于治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性中，其治疗疗效显著，且护理效果显佳、安全性较高，可大幅缓解患者不良心理情绪，明显提升了患者的生活质量，且提高了患者的依从性以及对护理工作的满意度，达到有效提高整体治疗效果的目的，对其预后也发挥着积极作用，提倡推广，建议临床大规模应用此护理方案。

Abstract

Objective: To conduct a detailed analysis of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab, apply it to the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration, and study its therapeutic effect on patients.
Methods: 138 patients with wet age-related macular degeneration admitted to the ophthalmology department of our hospital from July 2020 to October 2021 were studied and analyzed. Conclusion  : The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with intravitreal injection of ranibizumab in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration has a significant therapeutic effect, and the nursing effect is excellent and the safety is high, which can greatly relieve the negative psychological emotions of patients.
