摘要
目的 分析抗击新冠肺炎疫情一线中巴林特小组对护理团队建设的相关性研究探讨。方法 选取我院选派的10名援鄂护理人员为观察对象，通过手机视频连线方式展开巴林特小组活动，将护理人员在活动开展前后的情绪焦虑状况进行比较。结果 巴林特小组活动开展前的《特质焦虑问卷》评分为（76±5.41）分，活动开展后的量表评分为（23±4.11）分，巴林特小组活动开展后的护理人员焦虑情绪均低于活动开展前，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在抗击新冠肺炎疫情一线中开展巴林特小组活动对于护理团队的建设具有重要价值，能够有效降低消除护理人员负面情绪，提高其团队意识与安全感，值得推广与应用于团队建设中。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the relevance of nursing team building by the Balint team on the front line in the fight against COVID-19. Methods: Ten nursing staff from our hospital were selected as the observation objects to carry out the group activities through mobile video link to compare the emotional anxiety of nursing staff before and after the activities. Results: The Trait Anxiety Questionnaire was (76 ± 5.41) before the scale was (23 ± 4.11) before the activity was lower than before the activity (P <0.05). Conclusion : Balint group activities in the fight against COVID-19 are of great value for the construction of nursing team, which can effectively reduce and eliminate the negative emotions of nursing staff, improve their sense of team awareness and sense of security, which is worth promoting and applying in team building.
