Effect of high quality nursing intervention on improving nursing quality of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy
优质护理干预对扩张型心肌病患者护理质量的提升作用

摘要

目的 分析优质护理干预对扩张型心肌病患者护理质量的提升作用。方法 研究时间为2019年4月-2021年10月，将此期间到我院治疗的98例扩张型心肌病患者随机分为对照组和实验组，分别采用常规护理和优质护理干预，对比应用效果。结果 实验组心功能以及心理状态改善优于对照组，且护理质量优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 优质护理能够帮助扩张型心肌病患者改善其临床症状，提高患者的心功能，对患者心理状态进行有效调节，护理质量的提升使患者整体恢复效果更加理想。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on improving the nursing quality of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
Methods: the study period was from April 2019 to October 2021. 98 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital during this period were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Routine nursing and high-quality nursing intervention were used respectively to compare the application effects.
Results: the improvement of cardiac function and psychological state in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the nursing quality was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : high quality nursing can help patients with dilated cardiomyopathy improve their clinical symptoms, improve their cardiac function, and effectively regulate their psychological state. The improvement of nursing quality makes the overall recovery effect of patients more ideal.
