舒适护理在上消化道出血护理中的价值

摘要

目的 讨论研究在上消化道出血护理中开展舒适护理工作的价值作用。方法 将2020年5月到2022年5月期间院内的50例上消化道出血患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（接受常规基础护理）、观察组（接受常规基础护理联合舒适护理），对比两组患者对护理工作满意程度评分、止血时间、住院时长，对比两组患者生活质量状态评分。结果 观察组整体患者对护理工作满意程度评分、止血时间、住院时长等相关数据信息明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。观察组整体生活质量状态评分明显比对照组更具优势，P<0.05，有统计学差异。结论 在上消化道出血护理中开展舒适护理工作可以减少患者血流时间，将患者生活质量状态提升到新高度，让患者尽早出院，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss and study the value of comfort nursing in nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
Methods: From May 2020 to May 2022, 50 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the hospital were included in the research scope, and divided into the control group (receiving routine basic care) and the observation group (receiving routine basic care combined with comfort) by random assignment method. Nursing), the two groups of patients were compared with the scores of nursing satisfaction, hemostasis time, and length of hospital stay, and the scores of quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: The overall patients in the observation group had significant advantages over the control group in terms of nursing satisfaction score, hemostasis time, length of hospital stay and other related data information, P<0.05, there was a statistical difference. The overall quality of life status score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05, there was a statistical difference.
Conclusion  : Carrying out comfortable nursing work in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can reduce the blood flow time of patients, improve the quality of life of patients to a new height, allow patients to be discharged as soon as possible, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
