细节护理在消化内科护理中的运用效果研究

摘要

目的 细节护理在消化内科护理中的运用效果研究。方法 实验于2020年1月至2020年2月期间选择90例前来我院消化内科进行就诊的病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受治疗，同时配合护理干预，按照护理模式将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入45例病人。按照护理举措将其命名为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组所采用的护理方案为细节护理。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果。结果 (1)常规组护理配合评分与研究组护理配合评分对照，前者较低后者高，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）;(2)常规组护理满意评分结果与研究组护理满意评分结果对照，前者较低后者高，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 细节护理在消化内科护理中的实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective: Research on the application effect of detail nursing in gastroenterology nursing.
Methods: From January 2020 to February 2020,90 patients coming to the gastroenterology department of our hospital were selected for investigation. All the patients participated in the survey and with the nursing intervention, they were summarized into two groups according to the nursing mode, and 45 patients were included in each group. It was named as the routine group and the research group according to the nursing measures. The care program used in the routine group is traditional routine care, and the care program used by the study group is detail care. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of the two nursing schemes.
Results: (1) the nursing coordination score of the study group, the former is lower, the two groups differ significantly, (P <0.05); (2) the nursing satisfaction score of the study group, the former is lower and the latter is higher, the two groups differ significantly, (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation effect of detailed nursing in gastroenterology nursing is excellent, and this program is worth clinical application and popularization.
