强化护理对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的临床应用价值研究

摘要

目的 分析在对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者进行护理的过程中将强化护理干预展开运用的作用。方法 遵照对比护理观察的形式展开探究，选入在2021年2月至2022年3月所收治患者中的66例为对象，并按照随机编号的方式进行1至66编号，任意选取其中的33例患者，在治疗的过程中对应护理工作按照常规形式展开，作为对照组，在对剩下患者实施护理的过程中则需要将强化护理干预展开运用，作为观察组。分析两组患者的护理效果。结果 结合对两组患者在恢复过程中的心理状态以及生活质量对比，在干预前两组未表现出明显差异，P>0.05。而在干预后，观察组明显优于对照组，P<0.05。对两组心肌肌钙蛋白水平、心脏指数、左心室射血分数以及心功能指标每搏量、左心室收缩末期容积指数、左心室舒张末期容积指数对比，观察组均优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者进行护理的过程中将强化护理干预进行运用可以对患者心理状态进行改善，促进患者心功能进行恢复，并提升患者在恢复过程中的生活质量。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention in the process of nursing for patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic heart failure.
Methods According to the contrast nursing observation about the form of inquiry, elected in February 2021 to March 2022 were 66 cases of patients, and in accordance with the random Numbers 1 to 66 Numbers, with the method of random selection of 33 patients, corresponding nursing work in the process of treatment according to the conventional form, as control group, In the process of nursing for the remaining patients, it is necessary to apply the intensive nursing intervention as the observation group. The comparison of cardiac troponin level, cardiac index, left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume, left ventricular end-systolic volume index and left ventricular end-diastolic volume index between the two groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).
