Effect of elastic bandage on prevention of skin injury at the compressed part of pneumatic tourniquet
弹力绷带预防气压止血带受压部位皮肤损伤的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析弹力绷带预防气压止血带受压部位皮肤损伤的效果。方法 选取我院骨科的下肢手术的100例患者为研究对象，按动态随机法分组（试验组、对照组），50例/组。选取时间：2018年11月至2020年11月。两组均接受气压止血带治疗，对照组患者采用普通绷带作为衬垫，试验组患者采用弹性绷带作为衬垫。对收集数据进行统计分析后，对比两组皮肤不良反应发生情况及手术室护理人员满意度。结果 试验组治疗期间皮肤不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05），分别为4.00%、18.00%；试验组手术室护理人员满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05），分别为98.00%、80.00%；结论 弹力绷带能有效预防气压止血带受压部位皮肤损伤，护理人员满意度均较高，建议临床采纳。

Abstract

Purpose: To analyze the effect of elastic bandage on preventing skin injury at pressure part of pneumatic tourniquet.
Methods: A total of 100 patients who underwent lower extremity surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects, Grouping by dynamic randomization (Experimental group and control group), 50 cases/group. Select time: From November 2018 to November 2020. Both groups were treated with pneumatic tourniquet, Patients in the control group were treated with ordinary bandages as padding. Elastic bandage was used as the liner in the experimental group. After statistical analysis of the collected data, The occurrence of skin adverse reactions and the satisfaction of nursing staff in operating room were compared between the two groups.
Results: The incidence of skin adverse reactions during treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).4.00% and 18.00%, respectively; The satisfaction of operating room nurses in experimental group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05).98.00% and 80.00%, respectively;
Conclusion  : Elastic bandages can effectively prevent skin damage where the pressure tourniquet is pressed, The satisfaction of nursing staff was high. Clinical adoption is recommended.
