摘要
目的 分析脑卒中超早期、早期康复活动护理效果。方法 回顾性分析80例脑卒中患者临床资料,入院时间2020年1月~2022年4月,随机分两组,甲组40例患者,采用超早期、早期康复活动护理,乙组40例患者,采用常规护理,比较甲组及乙组患者的护理效果。结果 甲组ApacheⅡ评分与 GCS 评分从表1看出明显优于乙组,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组NIHSS评分与乙组比较区别较小,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,甲组与乙组患者的NIHSS评分均有所改善,甲组NIHSS评分从表2看出明显低于乙组,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组Fugl-Meyer评分与乙组比较区别较小,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,甲组与乙组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分均有所改善,甲组Fugl-Meyer评分从表3看出明显高于乙组,两组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中超早期、早期康复活动护理效果尤为突出,值得临床推广利用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of super-early and early rehabilitation activities for stroke. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with stroke were retrospectively analyzed. The admission time was from January 2020 to April 2022, and they were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (40 patients) received super-early and early rehabilitation nursing, while group B (40 patients) received routine nursing. The nursing effects of group A and group B were compared. Results The ApacheⅡ ⅱ score and GCS score of group A were significantly better than those of group B from Table 1, and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with group B, the difference of NIHSS score in group A was small, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the NIHSS scores of patients in Group A and Group B were improved, and the NIHSS scores in Group A were significantly lower than those in Group B as shown in Table 2, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was little difference in Fugl-Meyer score between group A and group B, but there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the Fugl-Meyer scores of patients in group A and group B were improved. The Fugl-Meyer scores in group A were significantly higher than those in group B from Table 3, and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of ultra-early and early rehabilitation activities for stroke is particularly prominent, which is worthy of clinical application.
