摘要
目的 探究多学科联合护理教学查房应用于本科护生教学中的效果。方法 随机抽取时间为2021年7月-2022年7月,将我院52名临床实习本科护生纳入研究,对照组中采用传统教学查房,观察组中采用多学科联合护理教学查房,以对比两组临床查房教学成绩、临床能力变化作为观察指标。结果 通过比较发现,观察组学生在教学后病历书写、案例分析、体格检查、用药指导能力明显高于对照组,多学科联合护理教学查房教学效果较佳,观察组学生在教学后自主学习能力、评判思维能力、协调合作能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床中多学科联合护理教学查房应用于本科护生教学中改进教学方法,有利于提高学生对患者病情分析的能力,提升学生的自主学习与合作能力,值得广泛应用和推广。

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of multidisciplinary nursing teaching rounds applied to undergraduate nursing students. Methods Fifty two undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were randomly selected from August 2021 to August 2022. The traditional teaching ward round was used in the control group, and the multidisciplinary nursing teaching ward round was used in the observation group. The changes in clinical ward round teaching results and clinical abilities of the two groups were used as observation indicators. Results Through comparison, it was found that the abilities of medical record writing, case analysis, physical examination and medication guidance of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after teaching, and the teaching effect of multidisciplinary nursing teaching rounds was better. The students in the observation group had higher abilities of independent learning, critical thinking and coordination cooperation after teaching than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary nursing teaching rounds in the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing students to improve teaching methods is conducive to improving students' ability to analyze patients' conditions and enhance students' ability of independent learning and cooperation, which is worth extensive application and promotion.
