Application of management model based on refinement in nursing work of respiratory and critical medical department
以精细化为基础的管理模式在呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中的应用

摘要

目的 探究以精细化为基础的管理模式在呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年3月期间我院呼吸与危重症护理病房（RICU）收治的采用人工气道的47例接受常规护理管理与49例接受精细化护理管理患者治疗情况。结果 研究组患者疾病知识了解率、不良事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度、机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及相关肺炎发生率等各项指标均显著优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 基于精细化管理理念的护理干预在呼吸与危重症医学科护理工作中的科学应用有助于改善患者预后，减少护患纠纷，具有积极临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of the management model based on finalization in the nursing work of respiratory and critical care medicine.
Methods From April 2019 to March 2021, 47 patients with artificial airway admitted to the respiratory Intensive Care Unit (RICU) of our hospital who received routine nursing management and 49 patients who received refined nursing management were retrospectively analyzed.
Results The knowledge rate of disease, incidence of adverse events, incidence of nurse-patient disputes, nursing satisfaction， duration of mechanical ventilation, length of ICU stay and incidence of related pneumonia in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  s The scientific application of nursing intervention based on the concept of fine management in the nursing work of respiratory and critical care medicine is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients, reduce nurse-patient disputes, and has positive clinical application value.
