摘要
目的 探究强化疼痛护理方案在肺癌手术患者术后护理中的应用价值。方法 2021.5-2022.6，选择我院收治的106例肺癌手术患者作为研究对象，分为改进组（强化疼痛护理方案）和参比组（普通护理），对比护理效果。结果 改进组术后疼痛得分始终低于参比组，（P＜0.05）；改进组术后生活质量得分高于参比组，（P＜0.05）。结论 肺癌手术患者术后接受强化疼痛护理，可改善术后疼痛、生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of intensive pain nursing program in postoperative nursing of patients with lung cancer surgery. Methods: From May 2021 to June 2022, 106 patients with lung cancer surgery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided into an improvement group (intensive pain nursing program) and a reference group (general nursing), and the nursing effects were compared. Results: The postoperative pain score of the improvement group was always lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the postoperative quality of life score of the improvement group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion s: Postoperative intensive pain care in patients with lung cancer surgery can improve postoperative pain and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion.
