摘要
目的 观察目标护理在各个领域被广泛应用。而在综合医院渐渐重新获得人们认同的今天，对综合医院护理模式中管理方式的研究就十分必要。方法 本文运用文献综述法对观察目标护理这一观念进行分析。构建综合医院护理中的观察目标护理体系。以及观察目标护理体系综合医院护理模式所带来的临床效果方面进行研究。结果 实施观察目标护理结论。采用观察目标护理后，极大的促进了综合医院护理模式病房規范化的建设进度。提高综合医院护理在临床上的应用。结论 观察目标护理有利于综合医院护理的长久性。

Abstract
Objective: To observe that target nursing is widely used in various fields. Today, general hospitals are gradually recognized by people, so it is necessary to study the management mode of general hospital nursing mode. Methods The concept of observation target nursing was analyzed by literature review. To construct the observation target nursing system in general hospital nursing. And observe the clinical effect brought by the comprehensive hospital nursing model of the target nursing system. Results The observation target nursing conclusion was implemented. The adoption of observation target nursing has greatly promoted the construction progress of standardization of nursing model wards in general hospitals. To improve the clinical application of general hospital nursing. Conclusion Observation of target nursing is beneficial to the long-term nursing in general hospitals.
