Analysis of the effectiveness of breastfeeding guidance applied in obstetric care
母乳喂养指导应用于产科护理的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析产科护理过程中采用母乳喂养指导的干预效果。方法 纳入我院2022年1月至6月期间接诊的58名产妇参与本次研究，并平均分配为研究组及常规组，每组病例29人。均实施产科常规护理，研究组在此基础上融入母乳喂养指导，对比两组产妇护理干预临床效果。结果 研究组产妇泌乳时间较常规组产妇更早，并且产后3天乳汁分泌量大于常规组，数据分析结果（P＜0.05），符合统计学标准。结论 将母乳喂养指导应用与产科常规护理中，能够使乳汁分泌时间有所提前，同时可以增加乳汁分泌量，帮助产妇康复，可进行临床推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the intervention effect of breastfeeding guidance in the process of obstetric nursing.
Methods A total of 58 parturients who were admitted to our hospital from January to June 2022 were included in this study, and were equally divided into the study group and the conventional group, with 29 cases in each group. The study group was integrated with breastfeeding guidance on this basis. The clinical effects of maternal nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results The lactation time of puerpera in the study group was earlier than that in the conventional group, and the milk secretion was higher than that in the conventional group at 3 days after delivery. The data analysis results (P < 0.05) were in line with the statistical standards.
Conclusion  s The application of breastfeeding guidance in obstetric routine nursing can advance the time of milk secretion, increase the amount of milk secretion, help puerpera recover, and can be clinically promoted.
