摘要
目的 分析健康体检护理中加强沟通交流对提高体检人员满意度的有效性。方法 回顾性分析90例健康体检者临床资料,体检时间为2020年1月-2022年4月,随机分两组,①组采用健康体检护理,②组采用常规护理,对比①组及②组体检人员的满意度等。结果 ①组体检人员的满意度与依从性高于②组,有统计学意义P<0.05。护理前,①组体检人员的体检质量与负面情绪评分接近于②组,无统计学意义P>0.05;护理后,①组体检人员的体检质量高于②组,而①组体检人员的负面情绪评分低于②组,有统计学意义P<0.05。结论 健康体检护理中加强沟通交流对提高体检人员满意度的有效性更大,值得广泛利用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of strengthening communication in health examination nursing to improve the satisfaction of physical examination personnel. Methods the clinical data of 90 cases of physical examination were retrospectively analyzed. The physical examination time was from January 2020 to April 2022, and they were randomly divided into two groups. Group ① used physical examination nursing and group ② used routine nursing. The satisfaction of physical examination personnel in group ① and group ② was compared. Results the satisfaction and compliance of physical examination personnel in group ① were higher than those in group ②, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the physical examination quality and negative emotion score of physical examination personnel in group ① were close to those in group ②, with no statistical significance (P > 0.05); After nursing, the physical examination quality of the physical examination personnel in group ① was higher than that in group ②, and the negative emotion score of the physical examination personnel in group ① was lower than that in group ②, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion strengthening communication in health examination nursing is more effective in improving the satisfaction of physical examination personnel, and it is worth extensive use.
