综合ICU多重耐药菌感染的分析与护理干预

摘要

目的 分析综合ICU多重耐药菌感染的分析与护理干预；方法 选取我院在2017年3月至2018年3月，来我院综合ICU治疗的80例患者进行研究探讨；结果 研究组隔离医嘱24小时下达率、医护人员相关防控知识知晓合格率、手卫生依从率均显著高于对照组；控制感染率方面，观察组效果优于对照组，差异具有明显统计学意义。两组患者多重耐药菌构成比以及构成分布情况均无明显差异。结论 对综合ICU患者实施多重耐药菌目标性监测以及相关治疗干预措施，可以明显提高相关细菌感染预防的科学性和有效性。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the analysis and nursing intervention of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in comprehensive ICU;
Methods 80 patients who came to our comprehensive ICU from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected for research and discussion;
Results The 24 hour release rate of isolated doctors' orders, the qualified rate of medical staff's awareness of relevant prevention and control knowledge, and the compliance rate of hand hygiene in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group; In terms of infection control rate, the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the composition ratio and distribution of multidrug resistant bacteria between the two groups.
Conclusion   Targeted surveillance of multi drug resistant bacteria and related therapeutic interventions can significantly improve the scientific and effective prevention of related bacterial infections in patients in comprehensive ICU.
