Effect of narrative nursing on long-term intensive care patients
叙事护理对长期重症监护患者的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨叙事护理对长期重症监护患者的应用和效果。方法 将50例清醒的长期重症监护患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组的方法分为常规组25例和研究组25例,常规组接受常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理措施的基础上加入叙事护理的干预。对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分以及心理状态。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度较常规组明显提升(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理治疗评分较常规组明显提升(P<0.05),研究组患者的心理状态较常规组明显提升(P<0.05)。结论 对长期重症监护患者实施叙事护理干预,可以有效提升患者家属的临床护理满意度,改善患者的护理质量评分及机体心理状态。值得在临床普遍推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the application and effect of narrative nursing on long-term intensive care patients.
Methods: 50 sober long-term intensive care patients were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into the conventional group (25 cases) and the research group (25 cases). The conventional group received conventional nursing measures, and the research group added narrative nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing measures. The nursing satisfaction, nursing quality score and psychological state of the two groups were compared.
Results: The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05), the nursing treatment score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05), and the psychological state of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Narrative nursing intervention for long-term intensive care patients can effectively improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients' family members, and improve the nursing quality score and psychological state of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
