护理干预对手术后患者镇痛效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨护理干预对手术后患者镇痛效果的影响。方法 选择我院自2020年4月-2022年4月收治的120例接受手术治疗的患者为研究对象，将其随机分组为对照组（60例，采用常规护理模式）和观察组（60例，在对照组的基础上采用护理干预模式），对两组患者的疼痛评分、患者对护理质量的满意程度及患者的SAS与SDS评分进行对比。结果 数据表明两组患者均得到有效护理，但观察组患者对护理质量的满意程度明显高于对照组，且观察组疼痛评分及SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预模式能有效的减轻患者术后疼痛程度，促进患者恢复，具有较高的临床价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the analgesic effect of postoperative patients.
Methods: A total of 120 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (60 cases, using routine nursing mode) and the observation group (60 cases). , on the basis of the control group, the nursing intervention mode was adopted), and the pain scores, the patients' satisfaction with the nursing quality, and the patients' SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups.
Results: The data showed that both groups of patients received effective nursing care, but the patients in the observation group were significantly more satisfied with the quality of nursing care, and the pain scores, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Nursing intervention mode can effectively reduce postoperative pain and promote patient recovery, which has high clinical value.
