The value study of clinical pathway application in the nursing of patients with urinary calculi
临床路径应用于泌尿系结石患者护理中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨泌尿系结石患者护理中应用临床路径的价值。方法 以我院2021年4月~2022年4月这一年中，将收治的泌尿系结石患者，随机抽取70例用作此次调查的对象，按照双色球法对患者分成35例的2组进行护理，对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者应用临床路径护理，对2组患者的并发症情况、住院时间及护理满意度评分及一次性碎石成功率等指标展开对比分析。结果 2组患者的并发症发生率相比之下，观察组患者的排尿困难、血尿及感染的发生率显著低于对照组患者，（P＜0.05）；此外，相比而言，观察组患者的住院时间要短于对照组患者，且护理满意度评分及一次性碎石成功率均比对照组患者显著更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于泌尿系结石患者的护理，应用临床路径护理的价值极高，利于预防患者的并发症发生，促进其一次性碎石成功率提高，有效的缩短患者的住院时间，便于患者早日康复，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the value of applied clinical pathway in the nursing of urinary stone patients. Method: in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 in this year, will be admitted urinary calculi patients, randomly selected 70 cases as the object of the survey, according to the double chromosphere method of patients into 35 cases of 2 groups of nursing, control group patients routine care, observation group patients with clinical pathway care, for 2 groups of complications, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction score and success rate of disposable lithotripsy comparative analysis.
Results: In patients in group 2, the rates of voiding, hematuria and infection were significantly lower than those in the control group, (P <0.05), the hospital stay was shorter than those in the observation group, and the success rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : For the nursing of clinical calculi nursing, it is beneficial to prevent the occurrence of complications in patients, improve the success rate of disposable lithotripsy, effectively shorten the hospital stay of patients, and facilitate the early recovery of patients, which is worth promoting.
