Analysis of the application value of diabetes health education in the nursing of Endocrinology Department
糖尿病健康教育在内分泌科护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 探究在糖尿病的护理中应用健康教育的临床作用与价值。方法 选取80例在2020年6月-2021年6月期间于我院接受糖尿病治疗的患者，依照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组，给予实验组患者实施健康教育模式，给予对照组人员进行常规护理模式，比较两组的护理效果、护理满意度、护理评分以及护理后的心理评分。结果 接受健康教育的实验组人员的护理效果好于对照组护理效率，差异存在临床统计学意义（P<0.05），实施常规护理的对照组患者的护理满意度差于实验组满意度差异存在临床统计学意义（P<0.05），实验组糖尿病患者的血糖指标评分低于对照组，数据对比存在差异（P<0.05），实验组的心理评分低于对照组的评分，组间数据进行对比分析，差异存在临床统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 将健康教育应用于内分泌科护理中有助于促进与帮助患者恢复身体健康，值得在临床中广泛应用和推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and value of health education in the nursing of diabetes.
Methods: 80 patients with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were given health education mode and the control group were given routine nursing mode. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction, nursing score and psychological score after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results: the nursing effect of the experimental group receiving health education was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group receiving routine nursing was worse than that of the experimental group (p<0.05). The blood glucose index score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and there was a difference in data comparison (p<0.05), The psychological score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The data between the groups were compared and analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of health education in endocrinology nursing is helpful to promote and help patients recover their health, which is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinic.
