摘要
目的 分析对脑梗塞患者护理中实施早期康复护理模式的应用效果及对患者生活质量方面的影响。方法 抽取2019年3月-2021年3月期间我院收治的脑梗塞患者88例作为研究对象并进行分组研究，分组办法为随机数字表法，接受常规护理的44例患者为对照组，在此基础上接受早期康复护理的44例患者为研究组，对比两组患者神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分、运动功能（Fugl-Meyer）量表评分以及生活质量（QLI）量表评分。结果 干预前两组患者NIHSS量表、Fugl-Meyer量表以及QLI量表评分结果对比均无明显差异，（P＞0.05），干预后研究组NIHSS量表评分结果明显低于对照组，Fugl-Meyer量表以及QLI量表评分结果均明显高于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑梗塞患者的临床护理中增加应用早期康复护理模式可有效改善患者神经及运动功能，有利于提升患者生活质量。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction and its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods: 88 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into groups. The grouping method was random number table method. 44 patients receiving routine care were taken as the control group. On this basis, 44 patients receiving early rehabilitation care were taken as the research group. The neurological deficit (NIHSS) scores of the two groups were compared Motor function (Fugl Meyer) scale score and quality of life (QLI) scale score. Results: before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of NIHSS scale, Fugl Meyer scale and QLI scale between the two groups (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of NIHSS scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the scores of Fugl Meyer scale and QLI scale were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion : the application of early rehabilitation nursing mode in the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological and motor functions of patients, and is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
