The effect of detail management combined with psychological nursing in critically ill patients
细节管理联合心理护理在急危重症患者中的效果

摘要

目的 分析对急危重症患者运用细节管理联合心理护理的临床效果。方法 选取2020年5月-2021年5月期间在我院护理的80例急危重症患者进行调查研究，采用分组对比的方式来对患者的护理效果进行评价，每组有患者共计40例，分组方式采用的是随机数字表法，本次纳为实验组和对照组，对照组运用常规护理，实验组运用细节管理联合心理护理，观察两组患者护理后的临床效果。结果 实验组护理满意度高于对照组，数据对比存在差异（P＜0.05）。实验组患者SDS、SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。实验组患者生活质量高于对照组，数据之间对比存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 运用细节管理联合心理护理对急危重症患者可取得良好的护理效果，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of detail management combined with psychological nursing on acute and critical patients.
Methods: 80 patients with acute and critical illness who were nursing in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected for investigation and study. The nursing effect of patients was evaluated by grouping and comparison. There were 40 patients in each group. The grouping method was random number table. This time, it was included into the experimental group and the control group. The control group used routine nursing, and the experimental group used detail management combined with psychological nursing, To observe the clinical effect of the two groups after nursing.
Results: the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and there were differences in data comparison (P < 0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the data (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the application of detail management combined with psychological nursing can achieve good nursing effect for patients with acute and critical diseases, which is worth popularizing.
