摘要

目的 探析住院老年衰弱患者护理不良事件预防中精细化管理的作用效果。方法 选择2020年6月至2021年8月期间在我院治疗的52例老年衰弱中作为此次研究的观察对象，根据患者住院单号尾数的奇偶数分成参照组（n=26）和管理组（n=26）两个组别。参照组采用常规挂办理模式，管理组患者采用精细化管理实施干预。对比两组患者实施管理干预后的不良事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果 管理组患者的不良事件发生例数要少于参照组，其组间差异为（P<0.05）；管理组患者的护理满意度评分要高于参照组，两组之间的差异为（P<0.05）。结论 对住院老年衰弱患者实施精细化管理，能够有效的降低患者的不良事件发生率，提高患者的护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of fine management in the prevention of nursing adverse events for hospitalized elderly patients.
Methods: 52 cases of senile asthenia treated in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation object of this study. According to the odd and even number of the mantissa of the number of inpatients, they were divided into two groups: reference group (n = 26) and management group (n = 26). The reference group used the routine hanging management mode, and the patients in the management group used the fine management to implement the intervention. The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction after management intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results: the number of adverse events in the management group was less than that in the reference group, and the difference between the groups was (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction score of patients in the management group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the fine management of hospitalized elderly patients with weakness can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patients' nursing satisfaction, which has high application value.
