医护一体化管理运用于心血管护理中的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析探讨医护一体化管理运用于心血管护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2020年-2021年接收治疗心血管患者160例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用医护一体化管理护理，将两组患者护理前后的负面情绪状态、住院时间与生活质量，以及护理效果进行比较。结果 采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）与汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对患者的情绪进行评估，两组患者护理前的HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异较小，（P＞0.05），护理后观察组患者负面情绪评分均低于对照组，（P<0.05）；观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组，观察组患者的生活质量评分均高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 医护一体化管理运用于心血管护理中的应用效果显著，能够有效促进患者心功能恢复，稳定患者情绪，改善患者的生活能力，值得推广与应用于临床护理中。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze and explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing management in cardiovascular care.
Methods 160 patients with cardiovascular diseases who were treated in our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with integrated medical and nursing management nursing. The negative emotional state, length of stay, quality of life, and nursing effect of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.
Results Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) were used to evaluate the patients' emotions. The scores of HAMA and HAMD before nursing in the two groups were slightly different (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of negative emotions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the quality of life score of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of integrated medical and nursing management in cardiovascular care has a significant effect. It can effectively promote the recovery of patients' cardiac function, stabilize patients' mood, and improve patients' ability of life. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
