The value of high-quality emergency nursing service in emergency myocardial infarction patients
优质急救护理服务在急诊心肌梗死患者中的价值

摘要

目的 探究分析优质急救护理服务在急诊心肌梗死患者中的价值。方法 选取于2021年1月至2022年1月，至我院接受护理的急诊心梗死患者，共80例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将80例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理的护理模式进行干预，观察组采用优质急救护理的护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的急救操作所用时间、急救护理质量评分、护理满意度。结果 经护理干预后，观察组在急救操作所用时间、急救护理质量评分、护理满意度方面，明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 对急诊心肌梗死患者采用优质急救护理服务，能有效改善急救操作所用时间、急救护理质量评分，提升患者护理满意度，在临床应用中，具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the value of high-quality emergency nursing services in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods: A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received care in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the method of computer blind selection, 80 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was intervened by the nursing mode of routine nursing, and the observation group was intervened by the nursing mode of high-quality emergency nursing. The time of emergency operation, emergency nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results: After nursing intervention, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the time spent in emergency operation, emergency nursing quality score, and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : The use of high-quality emergency nursing services for emergency myocardial infarction patients can effectively improve the time spent in emergency operations, the score of emergency nursing quality, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. In clinical application, it has excellent results and is worthy of promotion and application.
