心理护理对丙型肝炎病人抗病毒治疗依从性的影响

摘要

目的 心理护理对丙型肝炎病人抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法 实验于2021年1月至2021年12月期间选择80例因丙型肝炎前来我院就诊的病人进行调研，除对病人实施治疗外还配合护理干预。按照护理举措进行划分，每组纳入病人例数为40例，并将其命名为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，研究组所采用的护理方案为心理干预。总结与探究2种治疗方案实施效果。结果 常规组护理配合评分与研究组护理配合评分相比较低，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。常规组疾病常识知晓评分明显低于研究组，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 心理护理在丙型肝炎病人抗病毒治疗中实施效果优异，此方案可提高病人治疗依从性，值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing on the compliance of hepatitis C patients with antiviral treatment.
Methods: from January 2021 to December 2021, 80 patients who came to our hospital for treatment due to hepatitis C were investigated. In addition to the treatment of patients, they also cooperated with nursing intervention. According to the nursing measures, 40 patients were included in each group, and they were named as routine group and study group. The nursing scheme adopted by the routine group was traditional routine nursing, and the nursing scheme adopted by the study group was psychological intervention. Summarize and explore the implementation effect of the two treatment schemes.
Results: the score of nursing cooperation in the routine group was lower than that in the study group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The score of disease common sense awareness in the routine group was significantly lower than that in the study group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : the effect of psychological nursing in the antiviral treatment of hepatitis C patients is excellent. This scheme can improve the treatment compliance of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
