Effect of clinical nursing pathway on quality of life of patients with liver cirrhosis
临床护理路径在肝硬化护理中对患者生存质量影响

摘要

目的 探讨研究在肝硬化护理中实施临床护理路径对患者生存质量的改善价值。方法 研究样本选取时间为2021年01月至2021年12月我院收治的80例肝硬化患者，依据患者入院编号的奇偶性将其随机均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施临床护理路径，对比两组患者的生存质量以及护理满意度。结果 在实施护理后1周观察组患者的生理机能、生理职能、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康均显著理想于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肝硬化患者的护理中采用临床路径护理可有效改善患者的生存质量，提升护理满意度，具有重要应用价值。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of liver cirrhosis in improving the quality of life of patients.
Methods: 80 patients with liver cirrhosis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the parity of admission number. The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: one week after nursing, the physiological function, physiological function, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : using clinical pathway nursing in the nursing of patients with liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve nursing satisfaction, which has important application value.
