心理护理对儿科患儿输液配合度及治疗效果的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨分析心理护理对儿科患儿输液配合度及治疗效果的影响。方法 研究开端与终止时间分别为2020年12月和2022年1月,通过电脑程序作用下在该时间段内我院骨科接受治疗的患者122例作为入组成员,划分为了两个不同的群组,分别为合计61例使用常规护理的对照组,以及共计61例使用心理护理进行治疗的治疗组,根据最终的干预成效完成两个组别之间的比较与分析。结果 配合度更高的一个组别为观察组(P<0.05);获得更高临床疗效的一个组别为观察组(P<0.05)。结论 对于儿科患儿在输液过程中使用心理护理模式进行相应的干预工作,能够让其拥有更高的配合度,同时患儿能够获得与理想状态更为接近的治疗成效,是一种值得临床实际推广与使用的方式。

Abstract

Objective: To explore and analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the degree of infusion cooperation and treatment effect in pediatric children.
Methods: The start and end times of the study were December 2020 and January 2022, respectively. Under the action of computer programs, 122 patients who received treatment in the orthopaedic department of our hospital during this period were enrolled as members and divided into two different groups. There are 61 cases in the control group with routine care, and 61 cases in the treatment group with psychological care. The comparison and analysis between the two groups are completed according to the final intervention effect.
Results: The group with higher degree of cooperation was the observation group (P<0.05); the group with higher clinical efficacy was the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The use of psychological nursing mode to carry out corresponding intervention work in pediatric children during infusion can make them have a higher degree of cooperation, and at the same time, children can obtain treatment results that are closer to the ideal state, which is worthy of clinical practice. The actual way of promotion and use.
