冠心病患者低分子肝素钙皮下注射局部按压时间与皮下出血关系的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨冠心病患者皮下注射低分子肝素钙后按压时间与皮下出血的关系。方法 选取我院于 2021年9月2021年12月期间老年医学科收治的84例冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为3组各28例患者。行低分子肝素钙后分别按压3分钟、5分钟、10分钟。观察对比三组患者的出血率。结果 皮下出血与按压时间有关系,按压时间大于等5于分钟可减少皮下出血发生率。结论 低分肝素钙皮下注射按压大于等于5分钟可有效预防冠心病患者的皮下出血率。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between compression time and subcutaneous hemorrhage in patients with coronary heart disease after subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium.
Methods a total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to geriatrics department of our hospital from September 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into 3 groups with 28 patients in each group by random number table method. Low molecular weight heparin calcium after 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes respectively. The bleeding rate of the three groups was observed and compared.
Results There was a relationship between subcutaneous hemorrhage and pressing time. Pressing time more than 5 minutes could reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage.
Conclusion   Low-score heparin calcium can effectively prevent subcutaneous bleeding rate in patients with coronary heart disease by subcutaneous injection and pressing for more than 5 minutes.
